Spectrum Galleria - The Art Exhibition
The much-anticipated annual arts and science exhibition ‘Spectrum Galleria’ unfolded its vibrant canvas at St Paul’s School on December 20th, 2023 bringing together a celebration of creativity and innovation. The event was graced by esteemed guests, including the guest of Honour- Rev Fr. Babu John CMI Secretary ,CMI Education Board Councillor for Education St. Paul Province, Bhopal ,Chief guest – Mr Gulshan Bamra IAS Environment , Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department Government of Madhya Pradesh, special guest- Rev Dr Fr Ciril Joseph CMI President, CMI Education Board Provincial, St Paul Province, Bhopal and our esteemed parents. 

The ceremony commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp symbolising the illumination of knowledge and creativity. The soul stirring prayer song invoked a sense of reverence for the Arts and Sciences.  

The expressive art of Mime took centre stage enchanting the audience. From classical to contemporary, each dance form added a unique flavour to the event. 

 Father Cyril in his presidential address emphasized the importance of fostering creativity and curiosity in education. Our chief guest of the day Mr. Gulshan Bamra delivered an inaugural address. His words resonated with the theme of the exhibition, encouraging students to explore the boundless possibilities at the intersection of Arts and Sciences.  

A moment of great anticipation arrived as the special guest unveiled the exhibition. The ribbon cutting ceremony marked the official opening of the spectrum Galleria inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the myriad displays symbolising freedom of expression and soaring aspirations of students. Pigeon flying display added a touch of spectacle to the events. 

 The sprawling campus hosted an impressive array of science working models. Notable exhibits in different classrooms included hydraulic crane, drone showcasing technological advancements and a meticulous representation of Chandrayaan Vikram Lander Rover demonstrating the fusion of scientific and engineering brilliance. 

Students proudly showcased its commitment to discipline and leadership with a model of NCC camp area and army training centre. Also made aero model and ship model.  

The visitors could explore a variety of stalls offering delicious treats, from the tangy flavours of bhelpuri to sizzling goodness of burgers and the sweetness of cakes and pastries. 

 The exhibition delved into critical global issues, the dedicated rooms addressed pressing concerns such as deforestation, conservation, environmental sustainability, technological advancement and cultural heritage. 

 Spectrum Galleria not only enlightened visitors about contemporary issues but gave thoughtful reflection on the challenges our world faces and the collective efforts needed for a sustainable and harmonious future.
